Nobody builds alone. The Tribe is the community of mentors, mentees, and collaborators who grow together.
The Tusk System
Years of experience as a peer-mentor led to a more intensive, mutually dedicated mentorship model. Tusk is built on three features: Sustained Focus, Mutual Commitment, and Reciprocal Learning. It is project-oriented and draws inspiration from the ancient Persian concept of sage and disciples.
Each year, a small cohort forms a Ghabile — a circle of Tusks, co-facilitators, and the mentor. The group meets weekly for 9 months, building skills and accountability together.
