Mentees
Being a mentor is not a senior-to-junior relation, but a responsibility to guide someone in their first steps. It aims to make someone capable of doing things on their own, leading projects on their own, and learning things on their own. The only permanent thing is the lifelong friendship between us.
Hunts
Multi-step, 6–12 week challenges. A pool of people receives tasks designed to push them toward self-learning and self-competence — with healthy competition. These are the survivors.
Hunt 2026
Focused on startups — participants built their startup content, brand, idea, and MVP in 12 weeks.
Hunt 2025
After a talk at the Medical Research School (invited by Parnian). Initial pool: 600, Level 1: 70. Each mentee was paired with a mentor to write their first paper in 6 weeks. It was fun.
